Processing and Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to meet our estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days from the date the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times
Vernord currently delivers to addresses in Denmark.

The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within Denmark costs DKK 55.

We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 590.

The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Damaged Parcels
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vernord.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Where relevant, please include your order number and photos of both the packaging and the product so that we can assess the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Requesting prompt notification or photographs does not limit your statutory right to complain.
