These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Vernord through www.vernord.com.
By placing an order with Vernord, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to consumers purchasing goods for private use.

2. Products and Prices
All prices displayed on www.vernord.com for customers in Denmark are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise clearly stated.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour and appearance may occur depending on lighting, photography and the customer's screen or device.
If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error. If the error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Orders
When you place an order on www.vernord.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check the information in your order confirmation and contact us at info@vernord.com as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been captured, the amount will be refunded.
4. Payment
We currently accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. Additional payment methods, such as Google Pay, may be available depending on your device and checkout configuration.
Payment is authorised when you place your order. The payment will not be captured until the entire order has been fulfilled.
All payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Vernord does not receive or store your complete payment card details.
5. Delivery
Vernord currently delivers to addresses in Denmark.
The expected delivery time is normally 2–4 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, you are welcome to contact us at info@vernord.com.
Orders are delivered using one of Vernord's selected shipping carriers. The available delivery method will be shown during checkout.
Shipping within Denmark costs DKK 55.
We currently offer free shipping within Denmark on orders over DKK 590.
The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable Danish consumer law.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
You must notify us clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by contacting us at:
You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing from your purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
7. Vernord's 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Vernord offers a voluntary 30-day return period.
This means that you may request to return an eligible product within 30 days of receiving it.
Please contact us at info@vernord.com before returning a product so that we can provide the necessary return information.
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Return Shipping
When returning a product because you have changed your mind or exercised your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
Vernord does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for ordinary returns.

Returns must not be sent cash on delivery (COD) or to a parcel shop or collection point unless this has been agreed with Vernord in advance.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
If you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, Vernord will cover reasonable return shipping costs relating to a valid complaint.
9. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect and handle a product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
If you handle the product beyond what is necessary for this purpose and this results in a reduction in the product's value, you may be responsible for that reduction in value.
Where possible, we recommend returning the product securely packaged to protect it during transportation.
10. Refunds
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation showing that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Once a refund has been processed by Vernord, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by Vernord's voluntary 30-day return policy.
11. Complaints and Defective Products
Purchases from Vernord are covered by the statutory 2-year right to complain about defects in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Where relevant, we also recommend including photographs of the product and its packaging so that we can assess the issue as quickly as possible.
If your product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Requesting prompt notification or photographs does not limit your statutory right to complain.
If your complaint is valid, Vernord will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, refund or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
12. Personal Data
When you place an order or otherwise use our website, Vernord processes personal information necessary to provide our services, process orders, deliver products and communicate with you.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the website and process certain information.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on www.vernord.com, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials created for Vernord, is owned by Vernord or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission where such permission is required by applicable law.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact Vernord first at info@vernord.com so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter with you.
If we are unable to reach a solution, eligible consumers may submit a complaint through the Danish consumer complaints system, including the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager) at Nævnenes Hus.
Further information about the applicable complaint procedure and eligibility requirements is available through the official Danish consumer authorities.
15. Governing Law
Purchases from Vernord and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that you have under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time you place your order.
